This role will plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and content platforms. The ideal candidate is a proactive storyteller, skilled project manager, and digital strategist who can collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring our brand to life. This description is intended to provide a general overview of the position and is not an exhaustive list of tasks, duties, and skills. Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on content, paid/organic social, email, and landing pages. Develop a deep understanding of our products and translate technical capabilities into compelling digital content. Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Audience Insights, and CRM data to analyze audience behavior and marketing performance. Define how the website supports marketing goals (e.g., lead generation, brand awareness) and recommend improvements. Oversee and optimize campaign measurement plans using A/B testing, engagement metrics, and conversion data. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely, high-quality execution of campaigns and initiatives. Research digital marketing strategies of competitors to identify gaps, threats, and opportunities. Ensure content and messaging align with brand voice, campaign goals, and customer needs. Collaborate with the sales and marketing director to develop strategic objectives and plan customer/training events. Track digital marketing trends and apply insights to campaign and content strategies. Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field highly desired. Minimum of five years’ experience implementing successful marketing and branding campaigns; proficient with both development of strategy and execution of tactics. Minimum of three years' experience in manufacturing marketing support required. Previous B2B marketing experience preferred. Expert knowledge with the fundamental principles, strategies, and methodologies associated with digital platforms, marketing, and communications. Uses logic and reasoning to understand, analyze, evaluate situations, and prepares research to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches within marketing. Strong ability to effectively and efficiently use all marketing applications including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Buffer, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Google Analytics. Other software may include graphic design programs, social media management programs and basic video editing software. Strong working knowledge with WordPress, Google reporting, campaign building and SEO best practices preferred. Ability to work independently or as a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and work through last-minute changes as necessary. Proven ability to work globally including experience working with channels and demonstrated experience with tradeshows, conferences, and roadshows. Proven ability in writing in both a technical and conversational style, as well as content creation and copywriting skills. Possess a self-starter and can-do attitude. Ability to take the initiative without being told what to do in every situation.
