Job Summary The Regional Director leads refreshment and pantry service operations across Southern California, including Garden Grove, Santa Fe Springs, and Commerce. This role oversees the full supply chain lifecycle—from warehouse operations and inventory management to last‑mile delivery and client site execution. You’ll guide high‑performing teams to deliver exceptional service, drive operational excellence, and ensure cost‑effective, quality‑driven outcomes. Core Responsibilities
Operations & Logistics
Oversee multi‑site warehouse and delivery operations
Ensure inventory accuracy, route efficiency, and safety compliance
Manage fleet operations and logistics systems for real‑time visibility
Improve fulfillment, delivery timeliness, and productivity
Financial Oversight
Own regional P&L and budget performance
Forecast revenue, manage costs, and improve margins
Analyze financials to reduce waste and boost ROI
Team Leadership
Lead and develop warehouse managers, supervisors, and delivery teams
Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
Promote engagement, retention, and operational discipline
Client Success
Serve as executive contact for key clients
Support onboarding and regional growth with sales and client teams
Monitor satisfaction and lead service improvement initiatives
Strategic Initiatives
Collaborate with senior leaders and peers to scale best‑practice
Lead projects in automation, system upgrades, and fleet modernization
Champion change management across regional operations
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
5+ years in multi‑site operations (warehousing, logistics, distribution)
P&L and budget management experience
Strong knowledge of WMS, inventory, and delivery systems
Proven leadership of large, distributed teams
Analytical, collaborative, and tech‑savvy
Willingness to travel regionally
Preferred
Experience in route‑based services
Background in hospitality, office coffee, or food distribution
Familiarity with logistics platforms and fleet tracking
Success Profile
Improves operational efficiency and delivery accuracy
Builds high‑performing, safety‑conscious teams
Strengthens client relationships through reliable service
Leads innovation and process optimization across the regional network
Compensation
Pay Range: $158,000 - $198,000 per year
