Job Description Based in USA, the successful candidate will be responsible in the following areas :

To meet / exceed revenue targets as set out by Ascott

Drive direct sales through key segments allocated by VP, Global Sales but not limiting to :

Corporate accounts and their appointed Relocation agencies and Travel Management Companies

Identify potential industries to grow and develop business

Build relationships with key decision makers to ensure that Ascott is a preferred choice for their hotel / extended stay programmes

Co‑drive with global and cluster sales teams to maximize potential of the accounts

Participate in and represent the group at related tradeshows, overseas sales trips and networking events

Regular business reviews with clusters and cross‑functional working groups to ensure alignment of sales strategies and processes

Well‑versed in all sales related systems to have the ability to guide / train clusters

Keeping up with industry trends and ensuring relevance in our core segments

Sales related projects as assigned by VP, Global Sales

Requirements

Diploma / Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English

5 years hotel / extended stay market experience in regional level preferred

Profound experience in corporate accounts or global sales background will be a plus

Self‑driven, target‑oriented, team spirit and can work under pressure

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Familiar with Microsoft Office system and sales related software and tools
