About this role Orchestra is seeking a Vice President, Influencer Marketing to join our Travel, Hospitality & Real Estate team. In this role, you will design and execute comprehensive influencer strategies that amplify brand stories, strengthen consumer engagement, and elevate our clients’ presence across the travel, hospitality and real estate industries. You will counsel clients on how to build long‑term, impactful relationships with creators and thought leaders, while managing high‑profile campaigns that drive both awareness and measurable business results.

Role location This role is based in our New York, NY office on a hybrid basis. Orchestra staff are in office 3 days per week.

Accountabilities and qualifications

Develop, lead and execute multi‑faceted influencer strategies and campaigns in the travel, hospitality and real estate sectors, from one‑time activations to long‑term partnership programs.

Build, nurture and maintain strong relationships with travel, lifestyle, real‑estate, culture, brand and hospitality influencers to deliver engaging, authentic, branded content.

Oversee influencer “casting,” negotiation, contracting and content management across different campaigns.

Merge online and offline strategies, understanding how digital campaigns can drive real‑life action; strong understanding of the relationship between brand, media and audience.

Collaborate closely with PR, marketing and content teams to align influencer activity with broader brand messaging and ensure consistency across all platforms.

Serve as a key point of contact and thought leader for clients, delivering clear recommendations, industry insights and trend analysis to inform strategy.

Monitor, analyze and report on influencer and campaign performance; apply learnings to continually improve effectiveness and ROI.

Work closely with Orchestra’s Growth team to pitch influencer engagement as both a standalone and add‑on communications channel.

Support and collaborate with team leads to envision and execute creative influencer‑driven campaigns that advance client goals.

Essential skills

8+ years of experience in influencer relations, social media, PR or brand partnerships with proven success in the travel, hospitality and real estate industries.

Strong knowledge of all social media platforms, KPIs and best practices; knowledge of paid social and optimization.

Established network and strong working relationships with influencers, talent agencies and platform partners across travel, lifestyle, real‑estate and hospitality.

Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both clients and influencers.

Skilled in time management, budget oversight and multi‑brand project execution in fast‑paced environments.

Strong strategic thinker who is creative, proactive, collaborative and solutions‑oriented.

Proven ability to stay ahead of emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies and apply them to elevate influencer programming.

Capable of working both independently and in a dynamic, high‑energy, team‑oriented atmosphere; proactive problem‑solver yet willing to seek guidance when needed.

Working at Orchestra Salary (commensurate with experience and skills) : $130,000 – $150,000, plus eligibility for an end‑of‑year bonus based on firm, team and individual performance.
