Job Description Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is searching for the best talent for an Associate Director Patient Experience Marketing Immunology located in Horsham, PA.

Purpose The Associate Director, Patient Experience, Immunology serves our patients as an advocate for their needs. Janssen is committed to raising the bar on Patient Experience (Px), building a new center of excellence – the Patient Engagement and Customer Solutions (PECS) organization – to create more personalized, seamless, and supportive patient experiences during their treatment journey.

Responsibilities

Develop an end‑to‑end patient engagement strategy to support patients in starting and staying on prescribed treatments.

Advance health equity by uncovering disparities and developing strategies to support better treatment outcomes for underserved populations.

Engage patients, caregivers, and providers in co‑creating and continuously optimizing solutions.

Inform and approve requirements for Px solutions, focusing on seamless and coordinated support across solution types.

Lead communications planning and development (targeting, messaging, creative, channels) and training to support Px programs, influencing through brand patient and professional marketing teams.

Support Px business planning efforts for Immunology, ensuring an integrated strategic plan with aligned objectives, execution, and resourcing.

Support a culture of learning, smart risk‑taking, and experimentation.

Support a diverse, inclusive environment in line with the company’s equal‑employment‑opportunity commitments.

Model ethical, Credo‑based leadership with deep knowledge and respect for legal and compliance requirements.

Qualifications / Requirements Education

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.

Experience and Skills

Minimum 7 years of healthcare business experience (ex: sales, marketing, payer/access experience, operations, analytics) required, with at least 3 years in marketing and/or customer service.

Experience in more than one of the following: services and/or customer experience marketing; strategy development; working across a matrixed organization; digital marketing and/or CRM experience; change management; communication.

Excellent oral and written communication skills, including conflict management.

Strong relationship building and collaboration skills with diverse internal and external stakeholders.

Resourcefulness in resolving customer problems and ensuring satisfaction.

Accountability, eagerness to set ambitious goals, and proactive follow‑through.

Flexibility and agility in dynamic environments.

Up to 20% domestic travel required.
