Aviotek specializes in comprehensive aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services with a focus on supporting operators, lessors, and OEMs across the aviation industry.

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale (FL), USA.

Main Responsibilities

Meet personal and team sales targets within schedule

Identify and generate leads, including cold outreach, and present, promote, and sell MRO services to new and existing customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with operators, lessors, and industry partners in the U.S. and abroad

Negotiate service agreements to maximize value for both customers and Aviotek

Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities in the MRO sector

Develop and implement creative sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness

Enter, track, and manage sales activity in CRM systems, ensuring accurate updates and timely follow-ups

Act as the main point of contact for customer needs and inquiries

Represent Aviotek at industry events, conferences, and training sessions to stay current on market developments

Main Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales within the aviation MRO sector is required

Bachelor’s degree in aviation, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory

Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close

Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships

Proactive, detail-oriented, and a reliable team player with a goal-driven mindset

Resilient under pressure with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, 24/7 industry

Excellent English required; additional languages are a plus
