We innovate in the next generation electric vehicle and energy storage technologies (lithium batteries and related systems) with the aim to accelerate electrified transportation and achieve sustainable development. Gotion is powered by a leading power battery technology company that provides solutions for vehicles including the world's first mass commercial e-bus route.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure stable manufacturing processes in Pack/Module pilot production line, hitting target yield, capabilities, throughput, and OEE.
Collaborate with Quality and other teams on control plans and in-process quality checks.
Support initial process qualification, drive continuous improvement, and facilitate problem-solving using quality tools.
Develop and maintain process documents, conduct training for production employees.
Required Qualifications
5 + years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, preferably in Pack/Module assembly processes.
Pay Range $100,000 - $130,000 USD
