An Amazing Career Opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator, Workforce. Job ID: 42363 This is an exciting, fast-paced position with the opportunity to work on the full breadth of marketing activities, including supporting the Identity and Access Management Solutions (IAMS) Workforce business unit. The ideal candidate has recently earned a degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Marketing Communications and has a minimum of 4 years of related experience. The role requires a self-starter mindset and a strong desire to make a difference. Responsibilities
Organize and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns and content. Support the IAMS Workforce business unit. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Assist with campaign pages layout, social media content creation and scheduling, webinar presentations, videos, sales templates and scripts. Support webpage and campaign landing page optimization through review, analysis and keyword/copy improvement recommendations. Track competition and industry trends. Assist with administrative and project management tasks for event promotion. Contribute to the development of quarterly and annual strategic campaign plans. Perform daily administrative duties including purchase orders and invoice processing. Qualifications and Experience
BA/BS degree in digital marketing, marketing or marketing communications (or equivalent education plus relevant work experience). Minimum of 4 years of related digital marketing experience since graduation. Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo), project management tools (Workfront), and CRM tools (Salesforce). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others. Proficient in MS Office applications; strong Excel skills. Knowledge of Workfront, Salesforce, and Smartsheet is a plus. What We Offer
