The Role We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to help us grow new business and bring Wordsmith into more in-house legal teams. You’ll be identifying, engaging, and converting prospects into customers - helping us expand our footprint in legal tech and accelerate revenue.

You’ll be hands‑on from day one: prospecting, booking demos, running discovery, and closing deals. If you’re excited by early‑stage growth, product‑led sales, and making things happen - this is for you.

What You’ll do

Source, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your first 3 months

Consistently deliver qualified demos and pipeline growth

Meet or exceed quarterly revenue and pipeline goals

Build relationships with legal ops, GCs, and decision‑makers

Keep CRM and pipeline data clean and up to date

- You earn trust fast, sell on value, and know how to navigate complex orgs

- You manage pipeline like a pro and keep deals moving

- You learn fast, adapt quickly, and work well across teams

Your Experience

3+ years in a sales role (SaaS, legal tech, or similar)

You’ve sold into mid‑market and enterprise accounts

Track record of hitting quota and closing deals

Skilled at discovery, demos, and consultative selling

Experience working with GCs or legal teams is a plus

Thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
