Opportunity At PwC, tax services teams provide advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy. You will review and analyze financial data, prepare and file tax returns, and help businesses meet tax obligations while mitigating non‑compliance risk. As a Senior Manager you will lead large projects and innovate processes, interact with clients at a senior level, and leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results.
Responsibilities
Leading large projects and innovating processes for operational excellence
Interacting with clients at a senior level to drive project success
Leveraging influence, knowledge, and network to deliver quality results
Providing clients with the right skills and technology
Confirming alignment with organizational goals and objectives
Applying strategic advising to enhance project outcomes
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
Developing and mentoring top‑performing teams
What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
6 years of experience
CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance‑specific credentials may qualify
Required to be able to speak, read and write Japanese

Benefits The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000, plus annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, and personal/family sick leave.
