Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursing Manager at The Brooklyn Hospital Center located in Brooklyn, NY. The Nursing Manager will be responsible for overseeing nursing staff, managing patient care, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating schedules, managing budgets, implementing nursing policies, providing direct patient care when necessary, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
Expertise in Nursing and Patient Care
Knowledge in Medicine and Critical Care Medicine
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field
Valid nursing license in the state of New York
Experience in a healthcare setting
