$180,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr Flow is massively accelerating the development of next-generation hardware systems. We’re on a mission to reinvent the way humanity develops its most important machines. We’re backed by Sequoia Capital with angel investors including Patrick & John Collison (Stripe), David Helgason (Unity) and Kyle Parrish (Figma). Flow is the default requirements tool for complex systems engineering used by next gen space, defense, automotive and robotics companies. When humanity returns to the Moon, builds fusion power, or lands the first interplanetary colony - Flow will have played a vital role. What You’ll Do
As Flow’s first recruiter, you will build out our team across both technical and non-technical roles from the ground up. You will partner directly with our founder, investors, and team leads to shape and execute our recruiting strategy. This role will set the tone for how we attract, assess, and hire people who will define Flow’s future. Build and continuously refine a recruiting playbook (process, tools, candidate experience) tailored for quickly scaling a Series A company Lead the recruitment process from end-to-end, from crafting JDs, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and closing candidates. Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical and cultural requirements Source candidates creatively, leveraging your network and building new pipelines through outbound, events, and partnerships Serve as a thought partner to the Founder and leadership team on compensation bands, organization structure, role calibration, and candidate experience optimization Establish recruiting metrics and reporting About You
4+ years of experience in technical recruiting with a proven track record of filling a variety of technical and non-technical positions Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced high-growth startup Strong sourcing chops with ability to engage passive candidates that are top of their field - you’re a hunter through-and-through Thrive in zero-to-one environments balancing multiple roles and stakeholders with urgency and prioritization Passion for building teams and cultures from the ground up Strong communication skills with ability to build trust with both candidates and internal team High agency + high organizational skills - ability to manage multiple searches and stakeholders at once What We Value
