Job Summary We’re seeking a revenue‑minded, product‑savvy, customer‑obsessed executive to lead our Customer Success organization. This leader will turn the post‑sale experience into a predictable growth engine by driving adoption, expansion, and advocacy across our customer base.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Drive Revenue Growth: Define and execute a strategy to achieve positive Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and exceed Net Revenue Retention (NRR) benchmarks (>115%).

Accelerate Time‑to‑Value: Redesign and own the customer lifecycle to deliver measurable ROI within 90 days.

Build Customer Advocacy: Create structured advocacy programs (case studies, references, G2 reviews, conferences) to drive pipeline and revenue growth.

Strategic Product Partnership: Synthesize customer feedback into actionable signals for Product and Engineering roadmaps.

Lead with Ownership: Instill a culture of high agency and eliminate problem hand‑offs.

Optimize Operations: Simplify the Sales‑to‑CS handoff and provide clear documentation and templates.

Scale the Team: Grow post‑sales teams efficiently without excessive headcount or tool costs.

Inspect and Expand: Use Quarterly Business Review motions to expand and increase customer ROI.
