Oversee daily operations across Front and Back of House Ensure food quality, safety, sanitation, and service standards are met Manage budgets, labor, and full P&L accountability Recruit, train, and develop team members for long-term success Foster a positive culture built on hospitality, teamwork, and accountability Preferred Skills
Background in high-volume or production-style restaurant operations Strong understanding of inventory, cost control, and labor management Ability to drive guest satisfaction through genuine hospitality and team engagement Proven history of improving operations and achieving performance goals Comfortable using POS and back-office systems for scheduling and reporting Skilled at fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork Company Commitment
