Overview
We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and ensure the timely and accurate processing of high-value watch orders. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a small warehouse team, support interdepartmental communication, assist with inventory management, and facilitate transfers between our warehouse and retail store to ensure seamless operations across the business. Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations Process incoming orders and returns with accuracy and care Package high-value orders securely and professionally Perform quality control checks on all outgoing and returned products Receive, inspect, and organize inventory in storage areas Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse space Track daily output and provide business intelligence to management Oversee and support inventory management, including regular counts and audits Facilitate stock transfers and deliveries to and from our brick-and-mortar store Communicate effectively with retail, operations, and customer service teams to coordinate inventory needs and resolve issues Contribute to ongoing process improvements and efficiency initiatives Qualifications
Proven experience managing warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes Ability to securely package high-value items without sacrificing speed or accuracy High attention to detail and organization Strong computer skills and ability to work with software platforms and reporting tools Ability to interpret documents such as packing lists, invoices, and inventory reports Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Experience coordinating between departments and supporting retail operations Demonstrated ability to lead a small team and prioritize tasks effectively High level of integrity, accountability, and self-motivation Luxury industry experience is a plus A proactive mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit, suited to a start-up environment Compensation & Benefits
