About the Role:
As Senior Accounting Manager, you’ll oversee and modernize the company’s accounting operations—leading process automation, ensuring GAAP‑compliant reporting, and driving financial accuracy and efficiency across a rapidly scaling organization.
It's important that you can comb through thousands of lines on a spreadsheet with a trained eye. We need someone who is strong and can help with reconciliations.
What You’ll Do:
Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Own month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and reconciliations.
Manage sales and use tax filings, audits, and compliance.
Supervise and mentor an Accounts Payable Lead, promoting consistency and growth.
Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Identify and implement automation and process improvements using ERP and FP&A tools.
Deliver ad‑hoc analysis and reports to support strategic decisions.
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
CPA required (CMA/CFA a plus).
7–10 years of accounting/finance experience, including a couple of years in leadership.
Experience in manufacturing or production accounting environments.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle).
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, audits, and financial compliance.
Bonus Points For:
Experience with Odoo 17 ERP or modern FP&A system implementation.
Multi‑entity consolidation and cost accounting experience.
A proven track record of automating manual accounting processes.
U.S. Person status required (citizen, permanent resident, or asylee) per ITAR/EAR regulations.

Base Salary: $134,868 – $167,089 + bonus & benefits
