We’re representing a global leader in advanced automotive systems, trusted by major OEMs for their technical excellence, manufacturing quality, and long-term partnership approach. The company is expanding its presence across North America and seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to strengthen customer relationships and support new business growth.

This is a home-based position in the San Francisco Bay Area, offering autonomy, supporting key customers and direct influence on next-generation vehicle programs.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams (engineering, quality, manufacturing)

Receive client RFQs, interpret pricing requirements, and lead a smooth quotation process from start to submission

Organize and lead technical meetings with OEMs to align objectives and ensure seamless collaboration

Drive commercial negotiations, ensuring competitive yet sustainable outcomes

Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and contribute to strategic business development plans

Support program execution through launch and into production, ensuring quality and delivery performance

What We’re Looking For

Proven automotive industry experience accounting for OEM or Tier 1 accounts

Strong commercial acumen and confidence in technical discussions

Skilled in building long-term relationships and navigating complex decision structures

Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple concurrent programs

Experience with EV or next-generation mobility programs is a plus
