Lead ServiceNow Engineer
with delivery management skills for a temporary assignment supporting ServiceNow environment initiatives with one of our clients.
In this role, you will deliver consulting services across a variety of ServiceNow projects, leveraging both technical and process-oriented expertise. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic environments, adapts to shifting priorities, and brings a collaborative approach to driving successful outcomes for our client.
This is a 40‑hour/week, temporary position that will last six months with a possible extension.
Responsibilities
Participate in requirements gathering and process assessments for ServiceNow projects
Perform development, integration, and automation tasks within the ServiceNow platform
Conduct testing and quality assurance activities, including white‑box testing for upgrades
Support data management and cleanup efforts across various ServiceNow tables
Assist with release management, patching, and integration of security and DevOps tools
Collaborate with stakeholders to document workflows and communicate project progress
Adapt to unplanned work and changing project priorities as needed
Requirements
Experience with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL), including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog Management
Hands‑on development experience with ServiceNow and related tools, such as scripting, automation, and integrations
Familiarity with security and DevOps solutions (e.g., Sysdig, Netskope, Ansible, CI/CD tools)
Strong consulting skills, including requirements gathering, process assessments, and stakeholder communication
Experience with data management and cleanup in enterprise IT environments
Knowledge of testing and QA methodologies, particularly for platform upgrades
Nice to have
Prior experience in consulting or enterprise IT environments
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, ServiceNow, Cloud/Security, DevOps)

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $44 - $78 per hour.
