The Role We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who’s eager to shape, build, and scale a premium brand in the aesthetics and wellness space. The ideal candidate brings a mix of strategic thinking and execution strength, with the ability to connect creative storytelling to measurable growth.
In this role, you will set and implement Nuey’s marketing strategy across brand, digital, and local growth initiatives, while also owning awareness, engagement, and conversion. From paid performance to content and community, you’ll define how Nuey shows up across every channel, ensuring each initiative reflects the brand’s tone while driving industry-leading outcomes across key performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead Nuey’s marketing strategy across brand, digital, and growth channels
Manage and collaborate closely with our leadership team and creative partners
Oversee digital performance campaigns (Meta, Google, CRM, SEO) to drive acquisition and retention
Build integrated campaigns that connect paid, social, email, and content into cohesive storytelling
Establish key KPIs and performance dashboards; analyze metrics to optimize spend and ROI
Guide content strategy, including brand voice, visuals, and messaging hierarchy across all touchpoints
Support local marketing initiatives for studio launches and market expansion
Partner with leadership on pricing, promotions, and go-to-market strategy for new offerings
Ensure brand consistency across digital, physical, and experiential environments
Qualifications
4-10+ years of marketing experience in strategy and execution
Strong analytical skills with comfort in budget management and performance reporting
Excellent written and visual communication skills with sharp creative instincts
Self-starter with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
