What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies, optimizing growth potential
Influence agents to quote and sell products, executing sales strategies to grow market share
Complete strategic plans for agency assignments, identifying opportunities and challenges
Maintain strong communication with agency assignments to drive results and achieve outcomes
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three years of professional sales experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance products
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Industry experience in property casualty insurance is preferred but not required
Ability to analyze, diagnose, and influence agency behavior
Experience in multitasking and managing priorities effectively
