Field‑based role requiring presence in assigned market.

Location: Modesto / Stockton, CA.

Position Overview As the Territory Sales Manager, you will drive retail sales execution across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels, cultivating distributor partnerships and amplifying brand presence within your territory. Typical activities include 12–15 store visits daily, KPI reporting, and collaboration with regional sales leadership.

Requirements

1+ year in consumer goods beverage or distributor sales.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid U.S. Driver's License and successful MVR screening.

Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.

Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face customer interaction.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to deliver presentations to large audiences.

Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems.

Responsibilities

Drive execution of “perfect store” concepts, expanding SKU distribution, shelf space, displays, and promos.

Execute brand strategy across assigned retail locations.

Conduct account audits, track opportunities, and deliver insights via CRM.

Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls.

Support regional sales initiatives as directed by District or Regional Sales Manager.

Participate in weekly sales calls to review performance and set goals.

Achieve and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs.

The base pay range for this position is $60,000 – $69,000 per year, adjusted for location and experience. Additional compensation may include bonuses and restricted stock units, per company plans.
