Job Description
We’re looking a Senior Web Developer / Designer who combines creative design sensibilities with technical skills to build engaging, responsive, and accessible web experiences. This role will be responsible for designing high-performing websites and web applications that align with our brand, business objectives, and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
Demonstrable expertise in Veeva CLM development / deployment
Convert UI / UX designs into high-quality front-end code using HTML5, CSS3 / SCSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular)
Maintain and improve existing websites and web applications
Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and security
Design user-friendly and visually compelling website layouts, interfaces, wireframes, and prototypes (using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines, accessibility standards (WCAG), and UX best practices
Ensure responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
Evaluate new technologies and recommend tools and frameworks that improve workflows
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and databases
Provide technical leadership and assume overall accountability for timely and successful technical design, implementation, maintenance and day-to-day production of all digital products.
Improve, streamline, implement and enforce digital production processes, quality assurance practices and product standards
Required Qualifications
5+ years of professional experience in web design and front-end development
Experience with developing for Veeva Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) and Interactive Visual Aids (IVA)
Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design
Experience with one or more modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, etc.)
1+ years of experience in product design and development using Figma
Strong understanding of UX / UI design principles and accessibility standards
Working knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards
