is seeking experienced and passionate physician-educators to serve as
Program Directors
for the following ACGME-accredited residency programs:
General Surgery
Emergency Medicine
Obstetrics & Gynecology
Internal Medicine
Transitional Year
Each Program Director will lead their respective residency program, ensuring excellence in education, clinical training, and compliance with ACGME standards.

Partnership with the Burrell College of Academic Medicine
Full-time employed position with active clinical practice
Protected administration time, aligned with minimum ACGME requirements

General Requirements (All Positions):
Board Certification
in the relevant specialty by the appropriate certifying board (e.g., ABS, ABEM, ABOG, ABIM).
Minimum of three years
of documented educational and/or administrative experience in graduate medical education.
Demonstrated scholarly activity
aligned with the program’s mission.
Active Florida Medical License
Familiarity with GME online and reporting systems
including NRMP or SF Match, ERAS, AMA, Freida, GMETrack, ABOS, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Program Director, Associate Program Director, or core faculty.
Experience in curriculum development, resident evaluation, and faculty development.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
