Responsibilities

Sales and Profit: Infuse your passion for Claire's products into achieving retail store targets, fostering growth, and spreading the joy of self‑expression; implementing strategies and promotions to drive traffic and increase sales.

Memorable Shopping Experiences: Ensure every customer interaction reflects Claire's positivity and inclusivity, helping shoppers find pieces that reflect their unique personality.

Piercing Excellence: Join the ranks of our piercing experts through comprehensive training; conduct piercings, educate on aftercare, maintain a sterile environment, and address customer questions throughout the process.

Store Operations: Oversee inventory management, cash transactions, visual merchandising, and coordination of promotional activities to keep the heartbeat of our store strong.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and develop your team; foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and accountability to drive results.

Brand Representation: Showcase Claire's products and services with enthusiasm and provide fashion‑related tips and advice, ensuring the store is always well‑merchandised.

About You

Sales‑Driven Mindset: Thrive on meeting and exceeding sales targets and maximizing opportunities.

Customer‑Centric Approach: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences.

Retail & Leadership Experience: At least one year of retail management experience preferred.

Confidence in Piercing Services: Willingness to become a trained piercing specialist and guide customers.

Communication & Selling Skills: Skilled at engaging customers, building relationships, and closing sales.

Independent Work Style: Self‑motivated, organized, and able to take charge when needed.

Job Requirements

Ability to conduct piercings with patience, empathy, and care for all customers.

Proficiency in operating a POS system to facilitate sales and manage transactions.

High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of retail management experience.

Physical capability to stand, walk, lift and maneuver between 11–35 kg (25–75 lb) and handle merchandise.

Mathematical proficiency for inventory management, sales analysis, and cash handling.

Passion for fashion and staying up‑to‑date with trends.

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact with customers, employees, and management.

Willingness to work independently and occasionally alone.

Team‑leadership skills and a positive, proactive attitude.

Compensation Range $17.00 – $19.50 per hour
