What is your impact?

Are you passionate about precision, organization, and playing a key role in delivering sustainable infrastructure? As a Document Controller, you will be at the heart of our renewable energy projects—supporting the preparation, distribution, and secure storage of critical project documentation in alignment with our rigorous document management processes and procedures. Your expertise will ensure seamless collaboration across engineering, procurement, and construction teams, helping us build a cleaner, greener future.

What will you do?

Upload and manage all project deliverables in the Document Management System (DMS) from Linxon and suppliers.

Ensure version control and compliance with project documentation procedures.

Distribute project documentation to suppliers, clients, and construction sites per defined protocols.

Receive, track, and control documentation from suppliers and clients.

Set up and maintain document control processes using Company PIMS, Procore, and SharePoint.

Maintain the Master Document Register (MDR) based on client‑approved documents.

Compile Health & Safety (H&S) files and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

Support off‑site document control tasks, including scanning and filing at customer premises.

Report progress to line manager, ensuring deliverables meet quality, deadline, and budget requirements.

Provide guidance and coaching on document control practices.

Contribute to process improvements and efficient use of DMS tools.

Who you are?

Minimum qualification of HNC or higher plus two years of applicable experience; or high school diploma, or equivalent plus four years of applicable experience.

Proven experience in document control for engineering or construction projects.

Familiarity with automated document control systems (PIMS, Procore, SharePoint) preferred; training provided.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Understanding of industry‑standard documentation practices.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Team‑oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently.

Discreet and capable of handling confidential information.
