The Admissions Officer for the LMU - CVM is responsible for advising, guiding, and evaluating new and prospective students through the application, admissions, and matriculation processes of the college. This position will serve as a liaison between students and appropriate University departments. The Admissions Officer will perform functions to facilitate enrollment and other duties pertaining to student admission as assigned.
Required Qualifications High school diploma

Job Duties
Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large
Promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students
Coordinate communications with student prospects and applicants
Coordinate and execute tour requests as needed, primarily as support for when tours cannot be covered adequately by Coordinator of Admissions
Collaborate with LMU Undergraduate Admissions and Veterinary Health Sciences program to result in promotion of the LMU - CVM and Guaranteed Professional Admissions (GPA) Program
Assist with the recruitment and recruitment events for the CVM program as developed
Oversight, maintenance, and reconciliation of monthly statements associated with LMU P-card
Travel regularly in region throughout spring and fall semesters for recruitment fairs and outreach activities; may include overnight travel in region
Assist Director of Admissions with seeking new and innovative recruitment and outreach activities within region
Maintain defensive driver training that may be needed for rental cars when traveling on LMU business
Engage support team to facilitate financial, registration, advising, and student support activities
Assist with the planning and implementation of other on-campus events; open houses, orientation, summer camps and commencement activities
Serve as primary point of contact for receipt and correlation of Altus/Casper Assessment Exam scores with WebAdmit via Construct system
Assist with direct review and coding of application within the WebAdmit system; this can and will include pre-requisite checks, file documentation review and uploads, and file reviews for applicants who request in-depth details via personalized file reviews.
Complete required institutional and program reports for the operation and advancement of the University
Perform other duties as assigned
