A large health system in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a Neurology Service Line Medical Director to lead and expand its dynamic neurology team. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned physician with strong clinical expertise and proven leadership experience to guide and grow their comprehensive, Valley-wide neurology services.
Opportunity Details
Recruiting a Neurology Service Line Medical Director to provide oversight for Valley-wide Neurology clinical performance
The Medical Director is responsible for maintaining high clinical standards among providers and for leading the implementation and evaluation of system-wide quality initiatives
The Service Line Medical Director includes up to 25 % administrative responsibilities, depending on the scope of oversight, with the remaining time dedicated to clinical duties
Serves as an integral member of the clinical leadership team, fostering effective and collegial relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Three years of leadership experience either within a medical group or hospital organized medical staff is preferred
Mon- Fri schedule (with only general or ICU Stroke call)
