Job Position: Sonographer Work Schedule: Part‑time (weekend only) 9 AM – 5 PM
Essential Functions
Calibrate, maintain, and control all ultrasound equipment.
Perform ultrasounds on 15+ patients per day, on average.
Take sonogram still images and video for physician and patients.
Refrain from commenting on your work to patients unless specifically instructed by a physician.
Notify physicians of any abnormalities or concerns immediately.
Responsible for preliminary reports.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
A minimum of one year of experience as an abdominal ultrasound or vascular technologist.
Sonography accreditation in either abdominal or vascular required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Sonography preferred but not required.
Basic understanding of human anatomy and functions.
Be punctual to medical practices business hours of operation.
