As a
Sales Operations Specialist
on the Advertising & Sponsorships team, you'll play a vital role in bringing in-game media and brand partnerships to life across EA's portfolio of titles. You'll ensure deals are executed smoothly, processes run efficiently, and revenue flows accurately—empowering our sales team to focus on building meaningful partnerships with global brands. You will report to the Director, Advertising & Sponsorships Sales Ops and work in a hybrid capacity 3 days in office.
What You'll Do CRM & Data Management
Serve as the
Airtable CRM Administrator , maintaining and enhancing pre- and post-sales workflows.
Provide reporting and analysis on sales data and trends to support business insights.
Partner with Revenue/Technical Accounting to
invoice and book revenue
for sales agreements on a monthly basis.
Work with Accounts Receivable/Collections to resolve past due amounts.
Open purchase orders and process vendor/partner invoices.
Coordinate with internal EA teams to set up new advertisers and agencies in Oracle.
Request project coding and item setups for financial tracking.
Forecast sales pipeline revenue and reconcile with Finance to ensure accuracy.
Sales Operations & Process Improvement
Evaluate and improve sales operations workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Track and manage
commission payments
to third-party partners.
Contract & Compliance Management
Manage
non-disclosure agreements (NDAs)
and maintain accurate records.
Submit contracts for internal approvals and ensure timely completion.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as liaison between Sales, Accounting, Finance, and Operations.
Keep internal and external partners informed throughout pre- and post-sale stages.
Proactively flag and resolve issues that could impact successful revenue booking.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in
account management, brand partnerships, advertising, ad operations, or related fields .
Experience billing media campaigns and understanding billable metrics.
Familiarity with
commission tracking and revenue reconciliation .
Strong skills in
Google Workspace
(Docs & Slides) and proficiency in
Excel
(pivot tables).
Experience with
CRM or project management tools
for workflow tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in
finance or accounting
(digital or software industry experience a plus).
Working knowledge of
Oracle iProcurement .
Enthusiasm for
sports and gaming
(especially EA FC, NFL, NHL, NCAA titles).
Skills That Will Help You Succeed
Ability to balance multiple sales requests and prioritize effectively.
Identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency.
Experienced at collaborating across teams and managing external partnerships.
Ensure accuracy in revenue tracking, contracts, and reporting.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).
PAY RANGES In the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
