We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a
driven, relationship-focused sales professional
who can own a territory, prospect actively, and help contractors scale their businesses with our supplementing service.

Base salary $75,000–$80,000 + uncapped commissions (OTE $115K–$125K)

What You’ll Do
Convert qualified inbound leads into active contractor accounts
Prospect through cold outreach, LinkedIn, events, and referrals to generate new opportunities
Present our value proposition clearly and confidently (we integrate directly into JobNimbus, AccuLynx, and CompanyCam)
Manage your pipeline and sales activity in Zoho CRM
Hit and exceed weekly activity KPIs (20 cold touches/day, 2+ new accounts/week)
Support a smooth onboarding handoff to our estimating and operations teams
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of B2B sales experience
(construction, roofing, restoration, SaaS, or similar preferred)
Proven hunter mentality — consistent prospecting, follow-up, and closing discipline
Excellent communication, persistence, and professionalism
Comfortable selling to small business owners and contractor leadership
Organized and data-driven; able to manage CRM activity accurately
Understanding of roofing insurance or restoration work is a plus
Compensation & Career Path
Base Salary:
$75,000–$80,000
Commission:
$100–$200 per new client conversion
$400–$800 milestone bonus when clients reach volume thresholds
OTE:
$115,000–$125,000 with clear potential to exceed
