What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with business, operations, and technical teams to define and document new projects or change requests
Translate design requirements into system proposals or enhancements and communicate them to internal teams and third-party providers
Estimate timelines, resources, and budgets, while managing business analysts and third-party providers
Configure WMS applications to meet business requirements and recommend business changes supported by the system's core functionality
Document processes impacted by projects or systems, and train team members to improve accuracy or simplify current processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in top Warehouse & Labor Management Systems integrated within a robust operating environment
Strong business knowledge in core functional areas such as inventory, order scheduling, and logistics
Proficiency in cloud-based environments, API, and ZPL
Strong time management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to independently lead initiatives and make decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with JDE, JIRA, and Confluence
Proven ability to balance multiple projects and mitigate risks effectively
Familiarity with Goods-to-Person automation and inline label printing
