Intuit Overview We are seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to drive T2S (Traffic to Start) growth for our portfolio of do-it-for-me tax products, including Do it with me, Full Service, and Business Tax. You will be at the helm of a major, high-visibility growth initiative, with the charter to build deeply personalized and intelligent Top-of-Funnel (ToF) customer journeys. Leveraging our rich data, cutting-edge AI, and a world-class team, you will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and product starts. Responsibilities
Vision & Strategy: Define and champion a compelling multi-year vision and strategy for a frictionless, hyper-personalized customer acquisition experience that drives customer conversion and revenue. AI-Driven Personalization: Lead ideation, development, and launch of innovative ToF flows. Collaborate with AI and Data Science teams to build models that dynamically tailor the experience to each user, with the goal of driving conversion. End-to-End Ownership: Drive the entire product lifecycle from discovery and experimentation to launch and iteration. Be the single point of accountability for the success of T2S for our assisted tax products. Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the hub in a cross-functional team of Design, Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, and Marketing. Partner with growth and platform teams, including Credit Karma, Commercialization, TurboTax T2S, and CRM teams, to ensure a cohesive growth strategy. Data-Driven Execution: Instrument, analyze, and own core metrics for T2S. Design and run rigorous A/B tests and user studies to generate insights, validate hypotheses, and drive improvements in conversion and revenue. Influence & Collaboration: Build alliances and influence roadmaps across the Intuit ecosystem to align with an end-to-end customer journey. Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on product management experience, with a track record of shipping multiple successful, large-scale consumer-facing products. Experience optimizing consumer product flows to drive conversion is a must. Strategic Thinking: Ability to structure ambiguous customer and business problems along with technical complexity into a clear strategy and direction that galvanizes stakeholders. Growth Expertise: Deep understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG), A/B testing methodologies, and data-driven product development; history of using data to create relevant, dynamic user experiences. AI & Technical Acumen: Comfortable working with technical teams and able to discuss system architecture, AI model capabilities, and data infrastructure with engineers and data scientists. Customer Obsession: Passion for solving complex consumer problems; experience in fintech or domains where user trust and data privacy are paramount is a plus. Leadership & Influence: Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and influence senior leadership across a matrixed organization. Marketing Tech: Experience with marketing technology and lead management platforms is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a quantitative or technical field. An MBA is a plus.
