Founded in 2014 by brothers Nate and Ben Checketts, we inspire, equip, and support individuals in their pursuit of progress—both physically and mentally. By the end of 2025, Rhone will operate 22 retail stores across the U.S., each serving as a hub for community, connection, and the Forever Forward mindset. The Role
The Store Manager (SM) will set the culture for the brand and the store environment. They are results driven and are responsible for the store’s overall performance including sales and profitability. The SM will inspire, motivate and develop the store team ensuring that every customer has a positive and comfortable experience. They should have a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. What You’ll Do
Recruit, select, and onboard employees who are passionate about pursuing progress in their own lives. Coach, develop and manage performance to create a scalable workforce that sets Rhone up for growth. Create and implement business strategies to attract new customers, drive traffic to the store and increase profitability. Represent the brand and culture during internal and external events. Meet and exceed store sales targets and key performance indicators. Train your team to be product knowledge experts. Ensure all team members deliver exceptional customer service. Address customer complaints swiftly with empathy and compassion. Uphold operational standards, providing a safe and clean store environment. Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. Create and communicate the biweekly staff schedule in accordance with shifting business needs. Open and close the store as needed. Maintain visual merchandising standards. Ensure all shipping and receiving are processed efficiently. Communicate inventory and assortment needs to HQ. What You’ll Bring
Proven experience in leadership and team development. 4+ years of retail leadership experience or equivalent consumer facing experience. Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills. Positive attitude and upbeat personality. Technologically adept and engaging with customers and team to meet goals. Willingness to learn, accept feedback and take action. Ability to learn procedural knowledge from on‑the‑job training. Commitment to career growth of self and others. Ability and desire to build a collaborative, highly motivated team. Proactive and experienced with networking. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends. Proficient in Google Suite, Point of Sale systems, inventory management and labor scheduling systems. What You’ll Get
