Overview We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the product vision and roadmap for our agentic workflow platform. You'll own the strategy for how we serve enterprise insurance customers—from underwriting and claims processing to policy administration and risk assessment. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer discovery, and cross‑functional execution. You'll work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to build a platform that meets the unique demands of insurance operations while leveraging cutting‑edge AI and LLM capabilities. If you're excited by the opportunity to build something foundational, drive a cross‑functional product strategy, and help define the future of insurance automation, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Define the Product Strategy: Set the vision and roadmap for Isomer's agentic workflow platform, aligning platform capabilities with enterprise insurance market needs and customer workflows.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with engineering, design, and analytics teams to build and deliver exceptional products, from discovery through launch and iteration.
Bridge Teams and Stakeholders: Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and executive leadership to align on priorities, share insights, and ensure integrated decision-making.
Understand the Customer: Conduct user research and gather input from insurance customers, sales, and support teams to inform product direction and identify high-impact opportunities.
Drive Measurable Outcomes: Define, monitor, and communicate success metrics to guide prioritization, validate assumptions, and iterate fast.
Drive End-to-End Product Development: Lead discovery‑to‑launch cycles rooted in user insight and enterprise complexity.
Communicate the Vision: Share plans, progress, and decisions clearly across stakeholders, including executive leadership, go-to-market teams, and customer-facing organizations.
Qualifications
10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in workflow automation, enterprise software, or vertical SaaS platforms.
Experience launching and scaling new products or verticals from zero to one in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to influence across teams, lead with clarity, and make data-informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable navigating between technical and business conversations.
Strong product instincts, customer empathy, and bias for action.
Comfort working in an early-stage startup environment with changing priorities and the need to wear multiple hats.
Skills and Competencies
Strategic Thinking: Vision, roadmap planning, and market positioning.
Customer Discovery: User research, interviews, and insight synthesis.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Aligning engineering, design, sales, and support.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Metrics definition, analysis, and prioritization.
Stakeholder Management: Executive communication and alignment.
Technical Fluency: APIs, integrations, and platform architecture.
Go-to-Market Collaboration: Sales enablement, positioning, and launch planning.
Execution Excellence: Shipping products, iterating fast, and driving outcomes.
Nice to Haves
Experience in insurance software, fintech, or regulated industries (including compliance, data security, and enterprise workflows).
Background in launching verticalized products across diverse customer segments or building industry-specific solutions.
Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered products, agentic systems, or intelligent automation platforms.
Deep understanding of enterprise operations, process automation, and how businesses evaluate and adopt workflow tools.
Experience working with technical product requirements, APIs, and integration-heavy platforms.
