Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Entry‑Level Logistics Coordinator to support our logistics and operations team. This position is responsible for ensuring timely and efficient coordination of shipments, maintaining accurate documentation, and facilitating communication with vendors and internal departments. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and fluent in both English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
Coordinating domestic and international shipments to ensure on‑time delivery
Preparing and reviewing shipping documents (e.g., BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices)
Tracking shipments and resolving any transportation delays or issues
Communicating daily with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
Assisting with inventory management, including stock movements and adjustments
Entering and maintaining logistics data in internal systems with high accuracy
Supporting warehouse operations and optimizing shipping efficiency
Providing bilingual support in English and Chinese for supplier and partner interactions
Identifying and assisting in the implementation of process improvements
Ensuring compliance with company policies and shipping regulations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a corporate office setting or in wholesale/logistics operations
Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) business proficient required – both verbal and written
Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
