Represent the testing function in architecture reviews, engineering discussions, innovations, and proactive risk assessment. Evaluate and implement AI-powered testing tools (e.g., intelligent test generation, self-healing scripts, anomaly detection). Stay current with emerging trends in AI, automation, and software testing, and proactively introduce innovations to improve quality engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications 8-10 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a test architect or similar Technical role

Strong hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium)

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)

Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Hands-on experience in testing AI models, including knowledge of AI frameworks and tools

ISTQB Advanced Level Test Architect, or equivalent certifications; experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP; and familiarity with AI testing strategies and tools

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $42.85/hour - $66.96/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
