Role Overview:
This position focuses on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) architecture and migration to cloud services. The incumbent will lead design, implementation, and migration efforts, ensuring best practices and alignment with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and lead AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) migrations from on‑prem or AMS to the cloud.
Provide architecture guidance for AEM 6.x, including Oak, Sling, and Dispatcher configurations.
Own end‑to‑end site design for MSM sites and headless integration.
Integrate third‑party systems such as Eloqua, eCommerce, Coveo Search, and other touch points.
Define application architecture, standards, and best practices for development teams.
Lead Agile/Scrum teams for AEM project delivery.
Ensure proper version control, Maven deployment scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and documentation.
Perform AEM/DAM upgrades and migrations, including disaster recovery and performance tuning.
Mentor front‑end and back‑end AEM teams and deliver technical leads.
Qualifications
Extensive experience with AEM 6.x architecture, migrations, and cloud deployments.
Deep knowledge of Oak architecture, Sling, and Adobe dispatch configuration.
Proficient in Java, JavaScript, and front‑end frameworks used with AEM.
Strong experience with CI/CD tools (Maven, Git, Jenkins, Sonar) and AEM administration.
Experience integrating AEM with external platforms (Eloqua, eCommerce, Coveo).
Agile/Scrum project experience.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer interaction skills.
Compensation Salary range: $150,000 – $175,000 per year.
