About the Team Join Capital One's Retail Bank as the leader of our Consumer Account Opening team, where you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our national bank. This exciting opportunity allows you to define and drive an agenda to power growth through experience innovation and experimentation. You will manage a critical business function and drive the next horizon of our integrated growth, modernization, and data strategy. The ideal candidate will blend strategic thinking, strong leadership, and technical problem‑solving to shape the crucial “first impression” for our customers and support top bank growth initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products
Compensation & Benefits Salary ranges vary by location. For example:
McLean, VA: $264,300 - $301,700
New York, NY: $288,400 - $329,100
Philadelphia, PA: $240,300 - $274,300
Riverwoods, IL: $240,300 - $274,300
Wilmington, DE: $240,300 - $274,300
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, including cash bonuses and long‑term incentives.
