We are seeking a product solutions leader to join our Product team as a senior individual contributor. In this client‑facing role, you will partner with commercial teams to assess market fit and tailor product offerings that align with customer needs and long‑term goals, driving adoption of emerging products such as Dynamic Performance Profiles (DPP) and enhanced targeting solutions.
Responsibilities
Drive market‑fit conversations by taking a consultative approach to understanding client needs and goals, gather requirements to accelerate adoption and unlock new revenue opportunities.
Showcase the value and capabilities of IAS performance solutions, including measurement and optimization, and adapt focus areas to fit business priorities.
Collaborate with sales teams to deliver solutions that align with customer goals, prepare technical documentation, and address product questions on features, architecture and integrations.
Gather insights on how clients use IAS data to influence product development and roadmap prioritization in partnership with a platform solution architect or Product Managers, and lead customized demos that advocate broader customer adoption.
Become a subject‑matter expert in IAS product offerings and explain technical aspects of measurement, optimization and brand safety products to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Minimum 8–10 years of total work experience, with 5+ years focused on solutions architecture, data analysis or technical consulting within advertising technology.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (SQL, Python, R) and an advanced understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem (ad servers, DSPs, SSPs, DMPs).
Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences and influence decision makers.
Client‑facing experience engaging directly with advertisers, agencies or platform partners; role requires 60–70 % client interaction and success will be judged on meeting client needs and advocating for them within Product.
BA/BS degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Finance, Physics, Statistics or Computer Science).
Additional preferred qualifications include solutions engineering experience, advanced degree, and a demonstrated ability to conduct structured business case analysis in interview settings.
Compensation New York Applicants: Salary range $116,000–$200,000, actual pay may vary by experience and location.
