Summary This group is seeking an
Aesthetic Sales Consultant
to elevate the in-clinic patient experience and help build a repeatable, high-performing sales function. This is a hands-on role at a busy San Francisco clinic (primary worksite) with opportunities to shape process, mentor future team members, and directly impact both patient outcomes and clinic performance. The right candidate will combine consultative selling skills with strong emotional intelligence and a polished, client-first demeanor.
Location Primarily San Francisco (local candidates preferred). This role will support a single clinic while partnering with a broader platform team as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct personalized, high-touch consultations for both new and returning clients, creating customized treatment plans aligned with client goals.
Clearly educate clients on procedures, packages, memberships, and skincare regimens to help them make confident decisions.
Increase conversions, rebookings, and average revenue per consultation through thoughtful, consultative selling.
Navigate pricing, memberships, and long-term treatment planning with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
Manage post-treatment follow-ups to ensure satisfaction, build trust, and encourage repeat visits.
Clinic Operations & Leadership
Help establish and refine a standardized consultation and sales process to ensure a premium, consistent client experience.
Collaborate closely with clinical staff to ensure seamless handoffs and exceptional patient care.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (conversion rates, rebookings, revenue per consult, and retention), using insights to drive improvement.
Support the training and mentorship of new sales team members as the clinic grows.
Serve as a brand ambassador—warm, polished, and client-focused in every interaction.
Contribute to a positive clinic culture built on accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Partner with clinic leadership and corporate teams to enhance best practices, tools, and sales strategies.
Qualifications
3+ years in a high-touch, consultative sales environment (experience in aesthetics, beauty, wellness, or luxury retail strongly preferred).
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals within a relationship-driven business.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and a client-first mindset.
Highly organized and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Proficient with EMR/CRM systems, Google Workspace, and basic data reporting tools.
Preferred
Experience in a medical aesthetics or wellness setting.
Familiarity with Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, body-contouring treatments, and advanced skincare services.
Competitive base salary with
