The Role:
Lead and develop high‑performing Mechanical and Electrical engineering teams
Drive product development and automation strategy across all projects
Oversee engineering budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure success
Implement engineering processes into the environment
The Person:
Previous experience in a director or management of engineering role
Electrical engineering background with basic mechanical knowledge
Passion for developing people and processes
Background in either automation, material handling, machinery or transferable
