We are seeking a seasoned and driven

Wireless Validation Engineer

to lead end-to-end validation and performance testing of wireless-enabled systems. You will be at the forefront of developing and executing robust unit and system-level validation tests across multiple wireless standards and ensuring top-quality network performance. This role combines lab-based experimentation with field-testing of mission-critical wireless systems integrated into vehicle and cloud environments. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute functional and performance test cases for 4G-LTE, 5G-NR, Wi-Fi, GNSS, and Ethernet networks Analyze wireless and IP behavior across in-house labs and third-party test environments Collaborate with firmware and system teams to ensure KPIs such as throughput, latency, jitter, and compliance are achieved Configure and program network test equipment including Keysight and Rohde & Schwarz platforms Create automation scripts and test assets using Python and TTCN Construct, maintain, and enhance RF and fixed network lab setups Troubleshoot network anomalies and perform root cause analysis on test failures Draft and deliver detailed Test Plans, Test Readiness Reviews, and performance reports Review supplier test reports and provide technical feedback Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field 8+ years of hands-on validation experience in wireless or embedded network systems Deep knowledge of 3GPP standards (4G-LTE, 5G-NR), Wi-Fi, GNSS, and Ethernet protocols (IEEE 802.1AS, 802.11) Experience with PTCRB, GCF, and U.S. MNO field testing Familiarity with network analysis tools (QXDM, Wireshark) Proficient in scripting languages like Python and JavaScript Preferred Qualifications

Master’s in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications with 7+ years of relevant experience In-depth understanding of NR interface, SA/NSA modes, PHY/MAC, and RRC layers Prior exposure to automotive HIL and test assets Strong background in Wi-Fi/Cellular/GNSS coexistence testing Hands-on with Polarion, Jira, Confluence, and Ubuntu-based test environments Demonstrated leadership in driving validation strategy and quality metrics across cross-functional teams Ready to make an impact?
