This position is part of the AWS Specialist and Partner Organization (ASP). Specialists own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for their respective technology domains, providing the business and technical expertise to help our customers succeed.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Specialist to help establish AWS as the market leader for Amazon Connect, our Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) offering. The role focuses on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for this emerging service, partnering with Enterprise Sales, Solutions Architects, Partners, and CxO stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline focused on revenue and adoption.

Work with AWS Senior Enterprise Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, Partners, and engagements at the CxO level within the largest AWS accounts.

Develop and execute a sales plan and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Drive revenue and market share for AWS and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Manage contract negotiations along with the core sales organization.

Develop long‑term strategic relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Work with partners and OEMs to extend reach and drive adoption of AWS solutions.

Basic Qualifications

7+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C‑level executives.

7+ years of business development, partner development, sales, or alliances management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of building profitable partner ecosystems.

Experience developing detailed go‑to‑market plans.
