Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager/Estimator for a well‑established concrete contractor in the Puget Sound Region. With years of success in concrete restoration, repair, rehabilitation, protection, waterproofing, coatings, and decorative enhancements, this company is expanding and looking for top talent to join its team. The role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in both estimating and project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Review drawing sets, specifications, and site conditions for takeoffs and pricing.

Prepare clear and accurate proposals including inclusions, exclusions, and alternates.

Lead project handoff meetings, establish budgets, and manage schedules.

Manage procurement, submittals, vendor coordination, and manpower planning.

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, cost codes, and change orders.

Serve as main point of contact for clients, GCs, vendors, and field crews.

Ensure compliance with QA/QC standards, safety regulations, and project close‑out procedures.

Qualifications

4–8+ years of project management and/or estimating experience in construction.

Specialty contracting experience preferred (concrete restoration, coatings, or flooring).

Strong understanding of construction math, sequencing, and logistics.

Proficiency with Excel, Bluebeam, Stack, Procore, MS Project, and CRM systems.

Excellent communication and client relations skills.

Self‑motivated, organized, and collaborative team player.
