Your role and responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for validating the functionality, performance, and integration of SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) with a focus on Production Planning (PP) modules on the SAP S/4HANA platform. This role ensures that system changes meet business requirements and maintain a high level of system reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and create test plans and scenarios.
Develop, maintain, and execute test cases for SAP SCM, particularly PP (Production Planning), covering discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing processes.
Validate end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including MRP, production orders, BOM, routings, work centers, and capacity planning.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for SAP HANA PP module enhancements and new implementations.
Ensure test traceability, documentation, and defect lifecycle management using test management tools like HP ALM, JIRA, or SAP Solution Manager.
Participate in UAT cycles and support end‑users during testing phases.
Validate interfaces between SAP and third‑party systems (MES, WMS, etc.) related to the PP module.
Identify quality issues, provide recommendations, and proactively raise risks.
Support go‑live and post‑go‑live activities as required.
Required Education Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical & Professional Expertise
5+ years of hands‑on SAP configuration experience in SAP QM, with at least 3 years focused on SCM PP in S/4HANA environments.
Strong understanding of SAP PP processes: MRP, production order management, capacity planning, shop floor control, and BOM management.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and its application in client environments, including familiarity with AI models used in SAP implementation.
Leadership skills and experience leading teams.
Familiarity with integration to other modules such as MM and SD.
Holder of SAP certifications.
Preferred Technical & Professional Experience
Experience in test automation (optional but a plus).
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms: IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and hands‑on experience with Agile project management.
