Lead Installer is an experienced position and the ultimate candidate will have at least 1‑2 years of skilled gutter installation, carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and other employees. You will be groomed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Willingness to work overtime
Previous experience specifically related to gutter services/installation, and a passion for all things gutters (like us) is a huge plus!
Compensation ( $800‑1000+ per week ) -- 8% of Revenue based on 2 per crew. The more you produce, the more you earn.
Requirements
Construction/Carpentry: 1+ years
Must be 18 or older
Must have a valid driver’s license

We repair, install, and maintain Seamless Gutters, Gutter Guard, Specialty Gutters and many other services. The Brothers currently have several franchise locations across the country.
