**What you'll do:**
• **Data Analysis and Program Design:** Conducting in-depth market research and data analysis to design competitive executive compensation programs, including short-term incentives, equity, and deferred compensation plans.
• **Administration and Compliance:** Administering and supporting the implementation of executive compensation plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• **Stakeholder Communication and Support:** Developing and/or presenting detailed reports, providing guidance to leadership on executive compensation matters, and collaborating with external vendors to evaluate and administer programs.
• **Other Duties as Assigned:** Supporting processes related to SEC filings, one-time awards, perquisites, client consulting, external collaboration, continuous improvement, and/or leadership training.
**What you'll bring:*** Experience with administering short and long-term incentive programs, deferred compensation, and perquisites.* Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.* Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with HRIS and compensation management systems.* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.**What you'll need:*** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred* Certification (CECP, CCP) preferred* 3+ years of experience in compensation, with a focus on executive or senior-level compensation programsOur **Lead Exec Comp Consultant** earns between$96,000- $144,000 USD Annual.
