Human Resources Coordinator – Ripley, MS (on-site)

What Will You Do?
Audit, maintain and ensure employee time‑keeping and absentee records are accurate, in partnership with supervisors.
Review attendance reporting and prepare corrective action documents.
Maintain employee schedules in timekeeping and HRIS systems.
Assist with management of Attendance Call In Log.
Answer frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, HRIS system access, benefits, etc.; refer more complex questions to appropriate senior‑level HR staff or management.
Assist with required training, including quarterly compliance training and UKG Access.
Assist with HR site initiatives including tracking and data collection for training programs, new hire onboarding, and other designated initiatives.
Assist with special events such as benefits enrollment, organization‑wide meetings, employee recognition events, and other company celebrations as necessary.
Assist with new hire orientation as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
What Do You Need?
Associate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience (Required).
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and computer skills.
A positive can‑do attitude.
