is critical to ensuring the efficient handling of food products and supplies. The Inventory Coordinator maintains control of all F&B items purchased against utilization rates in order to determine stock levels and re-order quantities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Compiles inventory information for food and beverage items such as consumption rate and stock on hand to determine need for replenishment

Assists with inventory count processes to ensure accurate reporting of stock levels

Monitors inventory levels to provide notification to F&B management for re-orders

Assists in administrative back-office functions including entering purchase orders, paying invoices, tracking merchandise and costs, and ordering office supplies

Assists department as needed, including typing memos, printing UPC tags, answering phones, sending faxes, following up with vendors on unpaid invoices, damaged merchandise or cost changes

Responsible for department payroll, tracking employee hours and making time-clock changes

Assists in sales functions including working in all retail locations, phone orders and gift bags

Basic Qualifications & Skills

Previous office, administrative, phone, and clerical experience

Prior experience with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite

Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen

Desired Qualifications & Traits

Some High School education or equivalent experience

Previous experience with Inventory Counts and calculations

Strong basic mathematics skills

Enthusiastic and positive energy

Multi-tasking ability

Physical Requirements

Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Able to bend, stretch, and twist

Able to stand for long periods of time

Pay Rate: $ /hr

An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Great Wolf's total compensation package. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and other perks.
