What You Will Do In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, preparing full-service returns, calculating taxes, and managing product/software inquiries to support our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”
Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate answers in everyday language.
Conduct the role virtually, using video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions in accurate records.
Who You Are
Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and PTIN.
Bilingual English/Spanish (written & spoken).
Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxes and enhancing our brand through excellent customer service.
Comfortable interacting with customers via video/audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.
What You Need
Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
Availability of at least 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
Compensation Base Pay Range varies by location:
Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50
Southern California $28.80 - $36.50
Colorado $27.50 - $34.80
Hawaii $28.80 - $36.50
Illinois $27.50 - $34.80
Maryland $27.50 - $34.80
Massachusetts $28.80 - $36.50
Minnesota $24.80 - $30.30
New Jersey $28.80 - $36.50
New York $28.80 - $36.50
Ohio $24.80 - $30.30
Vermont $27.50 - $34.80
Washington $28.80 - $36.50
Washington DC $28.80 - $36.50
